Clinton M. Sheffield, DC, CGP
Dr. Sheffield is a South Georgia native of Willacoochee, Georgia. He earned his Associate's Degree in Biology from South Georgia College in Douglas, Georgia and his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Valdosta State University (VSU) in Valdosta, Georgia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Valdosta State University and received the Academic Excellence Award, the Arts & Sciences Presidential Award, and the Annual Senior Award.
After graduation from VSU, Dr. Sheffield attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. During chiropractic college, he chose Upper Cervical Chiropractic as his primary technique and took an expansive amount of extra-curricular courses on the subject. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2013 and was recognized as the Salutatorian of his doctoral class. Dr. Sheffield also received the Presidential Scholar Award and the Virgil V. Strang Philosophy Award upon graduation.
In 2014, Dr. Sheffield opened South Georgia Upper Cervical Chiropractic in Valdosta, Ga. In 2020, Dr. Sheffield began the 300-hour Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) program, in order to specialize as a Chiropractic Internist. He also became a Certified GAPS Practitioner in 2021, to assist patients in developing a personalized nutritional protocol, based on the GAPS Diet.
